I'm trying to install the Viper 5901 into an 05 H2 Hummer. I'm using bypass module DLPKGM connected to OBDII pin 2. All the alarm functions work fine (via D2D- Doorlocks, Parking Light, etc....)but when I try to remote start the vehicle it attempts to start 3 times, each time it cranks the starter, but won't turn over. If I put the key in and turn it to the second position it will remote start, but as soon as I remove the key it shuts down.
Any suggestions on this vehicle with this alarm system? Just to verify wiring, what are the connections between the 5901 and the vehicle ignition harness wiring?

It actually sounds like you may be missing an ignition wire. What are you hooked up to for ign 1 and 2.

Pink (alarm) to pink (car)
Pink/White (alarm) to white (car)
Make sure both the red and the RED / white wires from the car are connected up to +12v constant.
