Works intermitantly. And, only with quick flicks.Took off trim to get to switch but there are no heads on bolts. Does this get drilled out for removal. I assume replacement gets bolted back on.

Go to www.maxima.org its a killer site and alot of those guys may have your same problem, go there and ask someone.
