I tried the only GREEN/ Black wire in the steering columb thats listed in all the vehicle wireing lists as the (-)horn wire and can't get it to work with my alarm. It has a constant -12 comming off of it even when i press the horn. Plus I accidently clipped it and the horn still honked. Anyone know which one is the correct wire?

All of the various newer-style Camrys 97-01, 02-06, 07-10......have the horn wire at the fuse box.
Your 93-96 style, I've never looked for the horn wire at the fuse box, but there's a good chance it's there too.
There cant' be more than just a few GREEN/ blacks at the fuse box. I would test there.

Found it.
At the end of the steering column just before the floor vent is 2 harnesses and if you unplug the left side you can see 2 GREEN/ black wires. One is slightly larger than the other. The smaller gauge wire is the horn wire. After the harness that wire is a different color but I didn't trace it out to see what color it was.
The fuse for the horn is in the engine compartment right next to the relay so there is no wire for it at the fuse box. Must be something they changed on the Gen 4 Camry's
