i have tried superbright leds they work good for 6 months and burn out .who makes long lasting leds in oem sizes.

Define OEM size. Did you limit the current properly to the ones that lasted 6 months?

194 5LEDs auto bulbs as above,the bulbs can get 30k hours,please kindly note,

i agree with kevinluo0406, i do tons of led conversions and they should never burn out always try to use SMD led's like in the picture they are the best quality by far

sounds like your sending to much voltage to the led's, try adding in resitors, you need to calculate your led voltage and what your battery is sending out, remember when your driving it sends out more then 12.5 volts, more like 13.5 or even up to 14.5, which my van does sometimes when charging, you can buy a 12 volt voltage regulator, its like a 50 cent piece that sends any extra current to ground I believe, but requires 12.5 or higher to run, its on partsexpress.com

A voltage reg is a bit overkill.
Note too its spec of Vin: +14.8 V min - they typically specify a 3V drop across them. Use a zenor-resistor or current limiter etc instead - much cheaper!
