Could someone give me there opinion on what amp to go with. I have 2 JL 13W1 subs. They are SVC 8ohm 350rms subs wiried to a 4ohm final load.

I am guessing that now i need something that will power at 700RMS@4ohm am i correct?

Yes you are right. The best amplifier for your rating is available with Cadence. they have the type c amps and a lot more the IA series amplifiers are also very good. Check them out on www.cadencesound.com
