Hey guys what i want to know what is that best crossover slope for some pioneer ts-s20s tweeters i got. I have passive crossover on both tweets but i am going to buy an active crossover so that i can increase the output frequency going to them i want to know what is the best slope crossover to use with these tweeter 12db crossover or 18 db crossover slope? How would that difference in the crossover slope affect the sound of my tweeters?

Please define "increase the output frequency going to them" The difference between the two slopes is, if the crossover point is set to 4K, and using the 12Db slope, at 4K, the signal will be down 3Db. at 2K, which is one octave below 4K, it will be 12Db below what it is at 4K. at 1K which is 2 octaves below the 4K set point, the levl will be 24Db below what is was at 4K. Same situation with the 18Db slope. 4K will be down 3Db, 2K will be 18Db below that. 1K will be 36Db below.

The 18Db slope will allow you to have the frequency set a bit lower, because of it's sharper roll off. Hope this helps.

what is mean is that i am going to turn the frequenct knob on the active crossover all the way up so that i could get that hissy sound from my highs.

I don't know how you think adjusting the crossover will get you that... and I really don't know why you would *want* that, but to each his own I guess.
