2000 dodge dakota remote starter

I have a 2000 Dakota that was my brothers and was given to me due to a blown head gasket. The truck has a python 450 ESP remote start but no remotes. I saw the unit under the dash and it has a blinking red light under the dash.

When this was my brothers, the remote start worked, but not sure if he had the locks workign through it. I believe his keychain had two key fobs. The factory key fob and the remote start fob.

Question 1: Is it possible to get a replacement fob for the remote start cheaply and can I program it myself?

Question 2: How hard would it be for me to use the python 450 esp to lock/unlock my doors. Can anyone help me with which wires on this unit are used to lock/unlock the doors? An installation manual for this remote starter would be very helpful! Do I need other acessories such as a relay?

I am tryign to do this cheaply as I am going to resell the truck. And I am technical so I think I can do the wiring myself with someone's help on here. I installed an Astra remote start/door locking on my 96 chevy. (That was about 3 years ago however).
