I am going to be installing an incar GPS tracking device in an 09 Grand Caravan. It needs to be hooked to a +12V constant, ground, and ignition wires. According to my wiring diagram there is no ignition wire. Any suggestions on where to connect the ignition wire to?

Possibly find an ignition powered fuse in the box, or an ignition coil...

There's a link in this post that shows an install diagram with constant and ignition at the ignition switch.

You could use any ign or even acc for a tracking device, the ign. inout isn't actually doing anything apart from telling the unit the ignition is on, the draw as measured on one in the UK was 3milliamps, pretty safe for any live via key wire.  If your unit doesn't have a fuse on the ignition wire, assume the same case.
