I am looking for two rear door lock actuators for a 1995, F-350 crewcab. The factory ones from Ford are over $250 a piece. If I am unable to find any at a price I can afford, is it possible to make the rear doors manually lockable?

I have spent a week checking for actuators, (after market) and have been unsuccessful in finding them for the rear doors. Thanks for the input.

door lock actuators -- posted image. really? aftermarket actuators are "universal". i can't think of any application off the top of my head that you can't put one in.

Aftermarket actuator, meaning universal actuator. they're dime-a-dozen, compare to stock.

I just received an after market, (universal)) if you will. The actuator is identical, but the adapter rods for various applications are too short for this locking mechanism. I am trying to contact the seller for further information. Will let you know what I find. Thanks, Bill

Never had a problem, move the actuators or get more linkage and extend the rods.
