Subwoofer box ?

I came accross two large sheets of fiberglass about 1/4 inch thick. Does a sobwoofer box have to be a certain thickness and if so can I use these sheets in layers?

It's not fiberglass is plexiglass. My mistake

it should be about 3/4 thick or its gonna flex like no end
