Hi all!
Great forum. I installed a fuse block with a circuit breaker and relay. It seems that I may not have the relay set up correctly or the relay may be bad because when I turn the key to Accessory/On I'm not seeing any movement on my multimeter. The volts are registered when I check the 87 plug but nothing on the 30 plug. Also I have an add-a-circuit from the 85 going to a 10A CIG fuse box. Your thoughts would greatly be appreciated.

Your relay is wired correctly.   Check voltage across 85 and 86,   there has to be 12 volts across those 2 terminals to energize the relay.  If it is energized, you have a bad relay.
