Using a volt meter, what is the voltage on the remote wire of the amp?  First with the engine off, then with the motor running.  Is it an older GM Vehicle?  Do you have a High Output alternator?

waht type of vehicle? if your remote start isn't tied into the acc circuit, then it won't turn on until key take over is done. otherwise you can relay an addtional feed to the acc circiut of vehicle to resolve this problem

My mistake read the topic wrong, you may also use a relay to fire up the remote line via acc.

The voltage regulator in those vehicles are notorious for failing.  When they fail, they will put out upwards of 15 volts.  If the amplifier sees too much voltage on the remote wire, it may not come on.  It does this to protect itself from burning up from overvoltage.   Do your headlights get just a little bit brighter when you start the engine?  Or do they get much brighter.  The meter readings would help more.  But if you have no meter, the headlight info will help.  Do you live near an AutoZone?  They will check it for you for free.  If you do go to get it checked, tell them you think the regulator has failed.  They may not check for too much voltage unless you specify that problem.

you need to check your remote turn-on lead when you start your car take a short wire and stick it on the positive and remote on your amplifier and see if it kicks on if the amp kicks on try removing the wire and see if the amp stays on let me know if it don't stay on.
Dude... you are SERIOUSLY outclassed here... Maybe you should just let i am an idiot handle this one...
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Does it mean you are in a bind if someone is telling  you to listen to the idiot?

But wait, DYohn and I were just wizing "Quoted, I didn't misspell it" in diapers when this impressive database of knowledge began.  I bet Microsoft Access was used to create it.  I seem to remember the time even before Microsoft.  So I know I remember when they introduced Access.    DYohn or Admin, please let me know about my signature line.
