hate this freakin pager

I bought a cheap POS 2 way alarm system that came with 2 pagers instead of 1 pager and 1 remote like usual. Now I getting tired of keeping this huge thing in my pocket all the time. Plus I'm tired of pushing a series of buttons to unlock the keypad or muting it. I had it in my mind that the proximity disarm would work perfectly to where I would never have to push any buttons ever. But the range to disarm suddenly went from 5 feet from the car to 50 when I sitting in my appartment. Anyone know of any replacement remotes that would work for a Omega K9 Excalibur. The part # for the pager is 651-01 and the FCC ID: L2M651

If your system is like most others you may be able to get a standard 1-way remote. I would suggest going here, look up your exact model and see if they offer any non-2way compatible remotes.Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.

Na. All they list is the pager. I was hoping maybe someone on this forum has screwed around with these Omega products enough to know if any of their 1 way remotes would work with this system.

There is no 1 way remote that is compatible to the Eclipse system. It was designed strictly to use the 2 way remotes.

I do not believe there are any. According the their tech services dept. this model can only use 2 of these 2-way remotes. You can call up there tech dept. they are usually very helpful, 800-921-tech (8324). You usually need to leave a message and they will get back to you. I have been using their products for years but I never took on this model so I don't have any experience with it.
