have been trying to find a cheap wiring harness for my 2008 cobalt. I looked at place but they do not have the booklet to match my car with model number for the part. Can anyone please help? Thanks

Unfortunately there is no "Cheap wiring harness for this vehicle" Without the proper harness you will lose: RAP, Onstar, HVAC blower controls, Acc wire etc...

The only way you could do it cheap is with about 3x the amount of work. You need to splice into ACC power at the BCM and fuse it. And I believe on some of the similar plugs of a harness you have to mix around + and - wiring on the speaker inputs.

Do yourself a favor and buy the $50 harness to save yourself the headache.

I'm not sure you will lose HVAC controls, but yes you will lose RAP, door chime, and at worst, OnStar.

I got not have onstar, so I guess I just have to pay the 119, i seen on crutchfield for the harness, I have not seen them cheaper
