Hi guys can anyone help me here I have a trailblaser 2003 and when I install the headunit and I am using a harness PAC-C2R-GM24 to connect the headunit to the truck so I don't have to splice the wire but I get no sound. I hooked up the head unit to a set of speakers and I get sound from them, I then installed my factory stereo back in and it has sound but when I install it using the harness I have no sound Can anyone tell me whats going on.

Is there a blue wire on the pac adaptor?  If so it is the amplifier turn on wire for the factory amplifier.  It may be labeled Power Antenna.  Connect it to the blue/white wire of your aftermarket deck.

Did you connect it to the blue or the blue/white wire of your deck?  Did you test it listening to the tuner or to a CD?

I accully hooked it up to both wires while the deck was on and both wires gave me no sound. I just don't understand it's driving me crazy.

Do you have a volt meter to make sure that your radio is putting out 12 volts on the blue/white wire?   Also when you connected the test speaker, were the rest of the speaker wires still connected to the harness?

I really have no idea what you may have going on.  If you want to drive here I am sure I can figure it out.
