I installed a radio in a 2000 Chevy Impala and can't get rid of the alt wine, I grounded the radio in 3 different location, regrounded the amp and power cap, also added another ground to the car battery under the hood still can't get rid of the wine. Can someone shed some light on this problem. Radio Kenowwd KDC- MP442, Eclipse 5 Channel amp, Rrockford Fosgate seperates, power cap, 2 12 inch subs in ported box. Thanks for any help that you can give.

On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the worse noise you have ever heard, if it is a 6 or above, perform the test at the top of the following page.

If it is just annoying but not terribly loud, have you tried turning all gains down to see if you can make it go away?
