Is there a 12Vdc to 110Vac inverter powering your video source?

Switch units or get a signal amplifier. The voltage output is not enough to run those 2 screens for you. Or if the RCA shielding is touching a ground, that could possibly do it as well.

Get a new "Name Brand" indash.    Before doing that, test it by temporarily connecthing  a home DVD player in place of the Pyle unit.  If the noise goes away, get a new deck.  If the noise is still visible, new monitors may be in order.
