my fans work, they make the blowing noise but their is no air coming out from the middle sections. i feel a little air coming from the left and right passenger fans. but when i switch it to the defroster fans (upper dash) i feel them well. but switch to the fans for passengers i dont feel any air coming out from the middle fans; but i do feel air coming out from the feet area.

It sounds like maybe you have duct that has came loose.  Try dropping some panels between the center vents and the blower and see if you can find any loose duct pieces.

Can you take a picture of the vents that are not working?  And post it here.

the middle ones dont blow out air at all. the driver's side .. just a little, can barely feel any air. and little stronger on the passenger side. but the defrosters work good btw.

The pic rules out my theory.  Some vents have a slide or a knob that allows you to turn the vent off.  Your vents do not have such a control.

thank you for that reply sir. i will try this tomorrow.
referring to that picture above, when i turn on the fan i feel air blowing from the defroster on the dash; and its not even on the defroster option its on the passenger mode.

Does this use Bowden cable, rods or electric motors to change distribution mode?  If  KP's duct theory doesn't work, try and find what's behind the mode switch, one of the above and see if it's working properly.
