Hi I am from India, Like to understand this brand Memphis in detail. I am planning to import them and resell them here. Please let me their strengths and weakness.

Memphis car audio makes awesome stuff,everything they got is quality as far as i know ,I have a monoblock amp of theres and ive had it for 5 years and no problems.

Well...They are a great company...! I know the local dealers can offer 3-5 year warranty if you use there install kit,amp,subs...! I know they are super strict about internet sales...etc...! Not sure how that applies to you there...Are you ordering from them direct...If not...You may have some warranty issues...!
