1600w brutus hifonics amp brutus 12's?

i currently have two brutus hifonics 12's the 600 rms/ 1200 maxx subs. i had the 600 watt hifonics brutus amp but the speakers distorted at medium volume. will i get insane hard hitting clear bass if i get a 1600w d class brutus hifonics sub? the Bxi 1606D?

what kind of enclosure are they in...? how are they wired...?

both of those hifonics amps are some of the lowest line they offer.   They are not known for putting out thier rated power nor doing anywhere close to the rated power at less then a clipped signal.
What are you trying to push and what is your budget? please incluse enclosure specs and impedance of woffers to help you the best

i have two hifonics b12 subs the dvc4ohm subs. 600rms/1200maxx. they r in a sealed truck probox. should i go to ported?
