2003 honda odyssey remote start/alarm

There are notes on the doorlocks that say if its an EX, doorlocks are at the passenger fusebox. Here is the note: On the EX models the power lock wire is BLACK/ orange, and the power unlock wire is blue/orange. They are in a green 20 pin plug on the passenger side fuse box. Those are probably the passenger key cylinder wires.

Where did you see those notes at??
