I'm trying to program a Polar Start PS 4600 TW in a '00 Escort ZX-2, but can't get passed flashing the pin. The lights don't stay on for more than 2 seconds, and I get no response after that. I was using the auto start AS 2300 TW instructions as I can only find a PS 4600 TW user guide online. The system was installed and working prior, but had been unplugged for a couple of years. Any hints on where I'm going wrong? Thanks!

TTT. Anybody? Or which newer model would someone recommend purchasing to replace this one? I was looking at the as2361 TW FM. Thanks

If it's been there for a couple of years. Don't bother trying to fix it unless you have lots of time. Just pick up a unit at Crappytire when they have it on sales. That will do the job. Prostart is quite reliable.
Be careful whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it.programming ps 4600 tw - Last Post -- posted image.

I don't quite understand your response. If it's been where for a couple years? It was removed when it was working fine. It just wasn't needed. Now I'm trying to put it back in, but the module isn't responding to the transmitter, and I'm trying to reprogram it.
As well, you're saying the Prostart will work with the Polar start? They don't offer any 2 way starters, though.
