I've personally used only the Optima's, but the Stinger also looks good.

the stinger is actually a better battery...the stingers typically have longer reserve capacities, lower esr, and will outlast the lifetime of a yellowtop...
the optima batteries have gone downhill in the last couple years, after they got bought out by Interstate...

as far as everything else goes, you would be better off to just ditch the cap in its entirety and buy a bigger alternator...just do a search here and look for capacitors, you will find the many different views on them...but in all honesty, I would totally advise against a cap for your setup...you are doing more harm than good with it...

Sebastian018,
Follow Big Purds advice, "ditch the cap in its entirety and buy a bigger alternator", you got far too many things for your current alternator to do. The new alternator will solve your problem.
Big Purds, I know you like changing the alternator altogether to problems like this. I can’t find anyone in my area that can do this alternator thing cheaply.   Where about are you? Send me a private message and let me know. Thanks.
Be careful whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it.Dimming Lights and CAp Question - Page 2 -- posted image.
