im looking for a pioneer or alpine head unit thats several years old that i could find used for a decent price. these are the must haves
-built in bluetooth
-hd radio built in
-pre-outs
-aux in
i just dont care about having the latest shiniest HU, i just want one that does what i need. can anyone give me some model numbers to start searching for?

Built-in bluetooth and HD radio are too new to find one that is "several years old."

you wont find any old radios with those features built-in.  you can find radios that are "ready" for those features but even those should only be maybe a year or two old which might make it hard to find the adapter pieces for that radio.  i dont even think you will find a new radio with bluetooth AND HD radio built-in.

hmm. i was afraid of that. whats one with at least bluetooth built in? hd ready
