thanks for the help. I recalculated and it said to make mine around 32" long. Sound Right?

Any reason for not doing the full enclosure dimensions from the site? They don't have to be the same outside dimensions, as long as the GROSS volume is still the same 2.058. Then the standard port from JL would apply. This would be the best configuration possible.
If however you are limited to going no larger than the dimensions you gave then as stated 32 inch long port will tune you to 32.6Hz Just remember anytime you change the port,you need to re figure the port area and apply it to get an accurate Fb. This can make for a lot of back and forth with the calculators to get it right. Hopefully with my laying the process out for you to see, you now have a good grasp on that. I feel as you have because your latest figures are correct.
Also if 1.93 is the largest you can go it will be fine. It not very far off JL optimal numbers. Output and response should be very, very close to there slightly larger recommendation.
