hey, my car has one window that doesn't work anymore. have tested it and found that the window will roll up as it's supposed to, but when you try to lower the window, it outputs 12v to both sides of the motor.

as it turns out my lock doesn't work on that door either.

does anybody have any info on what the wires at the switch are supposed to be doing in any given position?

anybody have mitchell's?

thanks

My crystall ball says driver's side switch or control unit OR shorted or broken wire in body to door loom.
