I currently have a kenwood kac6404 500x4 powering my front stage.It is rated 40 watts rms per channel @4ohm and 130 watts rms per channelbridged@4ohm. I recently found this memphis 16-ST3004 4 channel amp that is rated 75 wattsrms on craigslist. I could probably get it for$100-150 . Would this be worth the money to do?

ya i think it would be a good change, as long as the amp is in good condition, and not abused or anything.

I would save the money until you can find something even bigger. You will be doubling your power which should only give you a 3 Db increase in sound level. That is a barely audible increase.
