rs in 2002 dodge dakota suggestions?

Hi all.  I've just acquired a 2002 Dodge Dakota, auto, V6.  I wish to install a remote start.  I like Ultra, and was thinking of the G11xr.    I've installed a G11t before in a Grand Cherokee. 

The Dakota has a Sentry key, so I'll need a bypass.  Any reccomendations?  Also, if a key's transponder head was placed in the column near the ring, would that negate the reqmt. for a bypass (I do understand that it would render the Sentry system non-functional) ? 

Any suggestions on which RS/bypass etc. would make the install simple - minimal wiring, etc.?

If you have a gray key then this does the job:

XPRESSKIT MODEL: PKCH1

It doesn't need your spare key to work but it does need a spare to program. Install is very simple, only a few connections required.

Hi there.  Thanks for the info.  So this would be all I'd need to complete the install, an Ultra start kit and this bypass?  Any good online sources to order one of these?
