Howdy....Was wondering if I could get some help. I'm a confused puppy ATM. Here's a pic of the 3 wires left I have coming from the new stereo: kenwood stereo in 1993 toyota pickup -- posted image.
Now here's the remaining wires coming from the trucks wiring harness (taken from this site)
Constant 12V+     Blue / YELLOW
Switched 12V+      Gray
Ground      Brown
Illumination      Green
I don't know what goes to what and to compound that the stereo manual says the ground wire should go to the chassis yet according to toyota the brown wire is the ground..... Also there is one more wire, a red&black striped one which is separate from the main harness yet was connected to the old stereo. Any help is appreciated.

New Radio, Constant = Yellow  Switched = Red   Ground = black  Illumination (If it has one) = ORANGE / White

Grounding the radio to the wire suggested on this site should work fine.  it will make for a cleaner loking install.  If you are having problems with engine noise, you may try grounding it to the chassis instead.
