I have read all the stuff so far.....  but I am thinking this??????

When a company like BOSE and Chevy get in bed......  dont they do a bunch of testing to make it sound the way it does???

Isnt there probably a bunch of programming in the system somewhere for time delay, freq smoothing etc????

The sub is probably some type of folded or TL thus too small for aftermarket etc......

I get the idea of aftermarket, I am currently going through hell just tuning up my doors on the old POS 1996 Ford Explorer.....  but messing with such a sweet ride and the factory stuff????

Just curious if it will REALLY sound better with Kappas, Polk or what not......
