I honestly can't remember, it was really late last night when we were working on it and I was frustrated and just wanted to get home and sleep haha.

If there is a bad connection on the power wire, it would show above 12 volts when the amp is not on.  When you turn the system on, the current draw through the bad connection will lower the voltage.  Since you had one reading that was low, this would have to be the case.  If you find that to be the case, leave the amp on and carry the volt meter to the battery.  Black lead on the negative terminal of the battery, red lead on the input side of the fuse going to that amp.  If it is 12 or greater there, move the red meter lead to the other side of the fuse, what is that reading?

I don't have a voltmeter right now but I'll check this tomorrow and let you know what I find.

Is there an AGU type fuse in the power path of that amp?  If so, replace the fuse, even if it does not look blown.

Ok, I'll try that too.
