i has install the Prestige APS-101 alarm to a Caprice 96 2 week ago , when my customer press unlock and get inside to start the car , some time it don't want to start , he got to press lock and unload again 1 or 2 more time ,after his car can start , i think it do that because the kill switch and i change for him a new head unit , but a few day later he come back with same problem , do any one got this problem before ? or may be some thing wrong with his car starter ... please help me to solve the problem , thanks

does it have a factory alarm?   maybe that is whats not letting the car start.

If you installed a starter kill relay, remove it from the equation, whatever wire you cut and connected to the relay, just reconnect that wire.  Let him drive it for a day or two and see how that works for him.  If it still has the problem, chances are it is not the alarm.
