The only products you "need" are the alarm/remote start and the security bypass.  You do NOT need a battery backup or any other sensors.  Again, concentrate on just getting the thing installed and working before you complicate the situation by adding accessories.

For the bypass module get the idatalink ads-al-ca, you will need this one because it is the only module for chevy that you can flash with the DBI firmware

like what was mentioned above, stick to geting the essentials working first, worry about the tilt sensor and backup battery last

to be honest with some of these questions I would really consider taking it to a shop to get this done, you don't want a costly trip to the dealer

Sorry Ted, I'm with Kevin on this one, I'm also very much with 05gt, you will save yourself an awful lot of trouble taking it to a pro, but if you want to go ahead, be my guest WEhave no legal liabilities here.
Again I suggest leaving the sensor(s) to last in fact the 507m requires careful setting up, you'll probably have to change it's position at least once,I'd recommend a 508d dual zone prox instead. You will need the diodes for the locks, 1N4004 from radio shack unless the by-pass handles that. I can see this is going to be the biggest transatlantic co-operation effort since Gulf War ll

Have you even looked at the wiring guide to this vehicle in the vehicle wiring section?

you will need 1 relay, this will be used to power the 2nd accessory wire in the vehicle

you will need 2 diodes, these will be ised for the 2 rear doors as the idatalink module will not cover these
