haha well dei doesnt like to help consumers installing on their own. they only respect authorized dealers.

Thats the bad part. I'm an installer at a Mom and Pop shop that gets everything through a distributor. So no, Technically I'm not an authorized dealer, but yet I kinda am.

Actually I've noticed they dont know what they are talking about half the time. I called and talked to one guy a while back and he tried to tell me that there is no pass through on an xm direct piece that I had in my hand. I was reading on the unit itself "Passthrough" and he was saying that it didn't have one. He tried to argue that I was making it up.
