OK, thanks for the info. Can you tel me where I can get a copy of that document you just embedded??? I don't have it and can't find it on the web. Is that POC #9 really wire #19? I thought there was only 18 wires in that harness. I will run outside to check..

i have a .pdf file from first tech. 2nd it should have been in your installation manual.

Well,

If you log your controller onto the idatalink website. if it gives you the option to Configure the Control module settings, you should be able to change the POC's. look on the back of your brain. You will see (-) 2nd parkinglight output. If you do not use this output. You can change the behavior of that wire to value (17) do not use AUX unless you want control if the latching.
the cm6000 is smarter than ever before, change the POC to (17) defrost.
Then change option
3-14
Option 1 is a half second pulse (-): So if your defoster just needs a pulse to turn on leave it defaulted
Option 2 is a 3 minute Latch

Option 3 is a 7 minute latch

Option 4 will latch for the remote start time.
