2001 ford f 350 cruise control inop

cruise control and horn just stoped working. i have checked all fuses and relays they all seem to be working. any suggestions on what i can check next or know if this is a common problem.

Try sticking your head under the dash. Follow the wire harness that comes down the column. There will be connectors along the way. Grab them and push them together vigorously. Also check to be sure the individual wires are pushed all the way in from the back side of each plug.
