Im tryin to put an aftermarket deck in a 94 chrysler Lhs i used a 70-1817 wiring harness but gettin no sound it has a factory cd changer but i didnt think this had anything to do with the sound problem ANY HELP ?

If the car came with a factory CD changer option, it probably also has the Infinity audio package. If this is the case, you will need to either bypass the factory amp or use an integrator harness. Bypassing the amplifier will give you a much cleaner sound and eliminate the possibility of alternator whine, turn on pop, etc.

On the BLACK connector there will be a LIGHT GREEN wire on one end of the connector. This is the remote turn on lead for the OEM amplifier. Take your remote turn on lead from your aftermarket deck and solder to this wire and this will turn on the amp.
