amp sizing for a sub

yeah ..thanks licto, I'm actually planning on using ebay... found the alpine bidding @60$ used, may go up. I think I'm willing to chance considering the seller rating and visual condition. plus, I'd like to stick w/ the alpine amp in the car for uniformity, and I think the size will be fine. The boston g3 is like 124$ on ebay..new...I'm happy w/that. Thanks

A brand new Alpine type R at sonicelectronics is 130.......  I can only guess a 10 inch is less.  May want to get a warrantee with that sub........

One thing to watch for......if you care about warranty. Most places on the internet are not authorized dealers. Therefore, the company won't give you any warranty support. This is usually the case with the bigger names in audio. So if you really care about having the warranty on an item, do some research about where you buy it from.
