that isnt an arctic start.

that is made by Autostart. I remember because the FCC ID 800R is for the autostarts.

I dont recal the brains looking anything like that.

Thanks, That is not it, but definitely a good starting point. I'll bench test it later. Do you know about any programming instructions Tach, remotes, etc...
Its funny, I cant make out much on the unit, but in does say arctic start.
