I have a AstroStart RS-611 that I'm installing into a 1990 Ranger with a 5 speed using a RS-MI. The truck has no options so it's a pretty straight forward other than the manual interface. I have the main unit installed and working as long as I depress the clutch. How do I bypass the clutch switch? The RS-MI module connects to interior light positive and negative and the e-brake to monitor for the safety sequence. I'm also having a hard time with the programming directions. I need to get to level 2 section 13 to program the onboard relay. But the directions look similar to egyptian hieroglyphics. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Jason

Generally you have to get the starter wire after the clutch or wire a relay to simulate clutch pushing during remote start cranking. I'm not a licensed DEI retailer so I don't have access to the install manual so I can't help with the programming.
