I can't say that I have ever heard of this. You will either need a bypass module like the DEI canmax400 wich will mimic a seperate key, or use the 556U which will leave one of the keys that is already programmed for the truck in the dash.

you will need a bypass module and 2 ORIGNIAL keys to program the aftermarket bypass. no such thing as a bypass module made by ford.

tommy... how is this secure ? You want to retain the OEM antitheft security system and by doing what you stated will allow for the vehicle to be easily stolen. Using a proper data immobilizer bypass will ensure full function of the antitheft system as well as full security for the remote starter & they are very inexpensive.

Yes...You lose a step of security...Yes a bypass is the best choice...Is that what he asked...Did he want options of bypasses...Nope...He was looking for a way to bypass that feature...Otherwise...why would he not buy a bypass...????? But that is the only way i know of answering his question W/O buying a bypass(key-wrap method...but close to cost of bypass)...So he wanted to know if there is a way w/o buying a bypass...THIS is the only other way i know...I answered his post...When he responds saying he would rather not lose that feature...I'll gladly recommend some bypasses...But thats what he asked...Thats what i gave him...

As chev104275 has stated 8L3Z-19G365-BA module from Ford works perfectly.  I have been using mine about a year now, without any problems.  My dealer ordered it in and I had it the next day, approx 35.00 canadian, back then.
