Putting Excalibur 1820 on a 2004 GMC envoy and was looking for the wiring diagram. Im using the XK01-AMDL interface module and jst want to be sure before i start it. I herd a lot about the D2D some say it works great and other say wire it W2W becasue the D2D sometimes is flacky.

For the Excalibur 1820 I suggest using W2W seeing that the D2D protocol is designed for units like the Autostart, ProStart & Polar Start units. They also work on Compustar and other's but like you said..... flaky at best. The wiring information for the Envoy you will be able to find through the wiring 2004 envoy -- posted image. feature on this site or go to • Vehicle Wiring  and you will find the vehicle there.
