The sub level adjustment. It has a separate volume for the subwoofer.

I always set to full on HU sub control and my bass knobs. So you get the hottest signal to the amp. That way the amp is set to correct gain for when you have it turned up. You can then always turn it down to suit whats playing, but when you turn the sub volume up it will be correct for the gain settings you made. How to set gains sticky. Its covered nicely here. The main thing is where ever it is when you set your gain is it WILL become your maximum volume position. If you set gains off of 0 and say volume 26(75% max volume). Then that would be your max volume. Going above 0 and volume 26 would then run you into clipping. Gains would need to be reset
