I have an odd problem with my Autopage RF-505. I've installed LOTS of Autopage alarms without any real problems until now. It isn't even really a problem, more like an annoyance. After I turn off the car and open the door, the LEDs go nuts, almost strobe like, then when I close the door the LEDs stay the same, then when my vehicles dome light timer times out the LEDs just blink really fast, maybe five times a second. If I arm the alarm the LEDs are normal. I thought that it may have been a bad ground and the negative trigger of the door was confusing it, so I re-grounded it and it still does the same thing. The alarm has several connectors and one just so happens to have all of the triggers on it, so I unplugged it for testing purposes. The LEDs then just flashed fast instead of stobe like. Other than that the alarm functions fine. I'm not a dealer so I can't just warranty the brain or swap it out for a new one. The alarm has only been installed about two months but I'm sure Autopage won't be any help because I'm not an "authorized" dealer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Actually,
Autopage is pretty good about changing out defective modules. I had a RF303 that was not functioning properly and they told me to send it in for a replacement. You might want to give them a call. I had to leave a message but they DID call me back.
