But i already have a constant 12v pos to the Yellow, Brown, and Red

Why? Can't you read. Constant to the red and brown only. The orange is connected to the switch side of your cut wire, the yellow goes to the mirror side. This is identical to a 5 wire lock system except it times to 5 secs. Think of that cut wire as a lock motor wire.

Sorry Rookie mistake. Ok all is done but i still get flickering when the switch is on 12v pos. The timer does its  5 sec. cycle and when it stops it flickers. The 1n4004 diode is in place with the (band) on the ignition side and the other side to the trigger wire. Is this correct?

I'm sorry, I can't think of any more ideas. That's the circuit I used to go both ways on a Nissan this week, next week I'll be using the same on a Toyota.
