Maybe someone here can verify this.

2 weeks after I had the 6000AS-CONT installed, the remote and brain just stopped communicating. Brought it back to the shop. They replaced the Antenna per Compustar recomandation. It worked again for 1 month. Then again the remote stopped communicating with the brain. Also the remote could not be  "re-learned" it would not communicate at all with the brain. Now per Comustars recommandation was to just unplug the antenna and replug it to "reset" it. And it works again. Supposedly they told the shop that they are "aware" of this issue and are sending out new antennas since they have been getting numersous calls regarding this. I just find it funny that i havent read anywhere online of other ppl having this issue. Aslo the remote being used is the RF-P2W9000-SS

Yes they did. I also decided to speak to Firsttech, and they confirmed for me that they are aware of an antenna issue, and are getting ready to send out new ones. Also they mentioned that the remote needs to be updated with the US-3 program...mine currently has the US-2. so its a combination of thins causing this drop of communication between the remote and brain.
