Guys, I did my research first. Found this thread here from 2 years ago.
(not sure why the hyperlink tab isn't working for me)

I'm just here to see if this is the best option since this info i found here is almost 3 years old.
Here's my situation.
I have a 1978 Camaro. I wired it up with a new aftermarket electrical harness.
This harness supplies 5 wires to the rear section of the vehicle for lighting purposes.
Wire 1 Brown = Parking Lights
Wire 2 Red = Brake Lights
Wire 3 Black = Ground
Wire 4 Yellow = Left turn signal
Wire 5 Green = Right turn signal
Here's the image of what i'm working with. I'm TRYING to make both lights on EACH side function as brake AND turn signal with one wire. The 2nd wire will be parking lights, and the 3rd wire will be ground.

So is this relay diagram the best option for my resolution ???

If this is, then where do the diodes actually go if they are needed?? https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp~TID~94499~KW~Brake+light+Turn+circuit~PN~0~TPN~4 Found this thread This thread here

That relay diagram is just to allow you to combine the brake light and turn signal light function on one side of the car into a single lamp, so you'll need one for each side.
The parking light will be a separate function since this doesn't control brightness to dim it for parking light purposes.
The purpose was to turn the brake lights on when only the brake is applied, and to allow one side to flash when the turn signals are on, with either the brake on or off.
