titan remote starter issues?

hey guys long time reader and installer, not very many posts but thought i'd ask if anyone else has had problems with the Titan brand Rs's? http://www.titaninnovations.ca/ model im working with is a 132A starter with keyless in a ford edge. Has been working fine all winter with no isses then as of late she has come back to it running with the doors unlocked. It has had the power hatch full open when she has returned to it (not good as her trunk full of coroner goodies are in there) Once it has also tried to close on her. Any ideas?

Looks like an Ultra Start 1250/1270/G11. 

Double check your ground connection. 

Do a System Reset and re-program the options/tach learn.  Also do a Remote transmitter learn and fill all 4 transmitter spots with the 2 remotes by adding each one twice.

Any possibility she is bumping the remotes buttons inside her purse or something starnge like that?

I have done a few Ford Edges with the Ultra Start model 1272 Pro with no issues ( in tach mode ).

looks more like an autopage unit to me.

do what kregs mentioned. dump the remotes and reprogram.

btw kregs, how did that install go? the one i sent you info on...forgot ahah
