i just installed a Pioneer AVH-P4200DVD radio/dvd player in my 2006 ford f150 fx4 and i was wondering if anyone knows how to bypass the park brake switch? thanks

Man, that's not what we do here.  There is a reason that it has a wire to connect to your parking brake.

im just asking. people have said how to do it with other radios im just not sure if they work on my pioneer. ya i understand there idea behind the park brake safety feature but it makes it so your passengers cant watch a movie while driving so it sorta defeats the purpose of buying a radio/dvd player.
