I have a 88 4runner
I added in a Compustar alarm system.
I have now added door lock acutators in the doors.
I know i need to add relays.
Which relays will work for my setup??
Maybe a ebay link or something?
Also I just want the doors to open when the alarm is disabled and lock when enabled... nothing fancy.
Any help wiring this would be great.
Thank you for the help.

Two relays wired for reverse polarity! Not familiar with that unit, does it have on board relays? Or ist it just trigger wires?

Check the relay section for the diagram!

Click the link again, and this time do not scroll up or down.  The link brings you directly to the one you need.

Check the wiring diagram that came with your add-on power door lock actuators.  It probably is the "5 Wire Reverse Polarity" type.  The link posted above brings you right to the wiring diagram for that type setup.  You will need two +12v SPDT relays, an inline fuse holder and 30 amp fuse, some 14 guage stranded wire, heatshrink tube or quality electric tape ( Scotch Super33+ ), soldering gun & solder.

Check the Compustar alarm diagram to find the correct Lock and UnLock output wires.  Additionally you might have to do some programming to get the alarm to do exactly what you want.

You can search EBay for "+12v SPDT relay 30a" for the relays you need.  Buy ones that come with the 5 wire connector & harness.

Soldering is fun!
